The Jamestown boys tennis team needed more than two and a half hours, but in the end the Eagles overcame Hanover 5-1 at home in the 4A South semifinal Wednesday.
The match was secured by Grayson DeBerry in the No. 1 singles match, who gave Jamestown its fifth point.
Jamestown (16-0) will now travel to take on Midlothian in the 4A South championship match Friday.
The Eagles also automatically advance to the 4A state team tournament.

Grafton Swept by Midlothian in 4A South Semis
The Grafton boys tennis team saw its season come to a close on the road Wednesday against Midlothian in the 4A South semifinals.
Midlothian cruised past the Clippers, earning a 5-0 decision to keep Grafton from earning a berth in the 4A state team tournament.
Grafton ends it season with a 10-5 record.
