Jamestown’s boys tennis team took home its ninth consecutive Bay Rivers District regular season title after defeating Tabb 9-0 on the road Wednesday.
The win also marks Jamestown’s 90th consecutive Bay Rivers District win streak.
Jamestown (12-0) has earned the No. 1 overall seed in the Conference 19 tournament and will play in the semifinals May 16.
Meanwhile, Tabb (5-5) will wait to see its matchup in the quarterfinals of the Conference 19 tournament, which will begin May 14.

York Drops Tight Match to Colonial Heights
York’s boys tennis team came within one match of taking down undefeated Colonial Heights on Wednesday, but fell in a tough 5-4 contest.
Colonial Heights won three singles matches that were taken to third-set tiebreakers, including one that came down to an 11-9 final set.
York (8-2) has now lost two of its last three matches and will play its season finale on the road against Smithfield on Thursday.
