Norfolk-based Burnette Development is bringing a new office building and self-storage space to the corner of Coventry Boulevard and Route 17.

The building will consist of three floors: the ground floor will be open to executive offices, and the second and third floors will provide climate-controlled storage units called Ocean Storage and Business Center.

A designated area for wine collectors will also be featured in the storage space.

Monty Spencer, the senior vice president of Mid-Atlantic Commercial who facilitated the $600,000 land purchase, said the building is expected to be completed by late 2015 or early 2016.

The building will be located on 3.72 acres next to the Royal Farms gas station and the Credit Union Service Center on Route 17 in Coventry.

Ocean Storage also has two locations in Virginia Beach.
